Grubb & Ellis|Memphis is a full service real estate brokerage and management firm providing acquisition, disposition, tenant representation and property management services to industrial, office, retail and land clients in the Memphis, Tennessee metropolitan area including northern Mississippi and eastern Arkansas.
Elisa Wilson currently services as the Executive Assistant of the property management division for Grubb & Ellis|Memphis. Elisa has spent five years in the commercial real estate industry with a concentration on office building management, tenant and landlord representation and database facilitator
EXPERIENCEBefore joining Grubb & Ellis|Memphis, Elisa was Assistant Property Administrator at Clark & Clark form September 2002 through December 2006 before the Property Management Division was acquired by Triple Net Properties, LLC. Before the acquisition, Clark & Clark, a Memphis-based developing firm, owned and managed over 770,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the Memphis market. At Clark & Clark, Elisa assisted in managing Clark & Clark’s portfolio and actively coordinated preventative maintenance contracts and tenant service requests. She also designed and maintained the PM Microsoft Access database i.e. Tenant Information, Special Work Requests, access card billing, utilities, etc.
Prior to Clark & Clark, October 2001 through August 2002, Elisa was employed with Trammell Crow Company. She provided assistance for approximately 4,125,149 sq. ft. (Industrial and Office Space) for three (3) Property Managers. She also ensured the compliance of tenant and vendor certificates of insurance, while initiating and maintaining contracts with them.
