Grubb & Ellis Memphis provides real estate services including property management and leasing, tenant representation, acquisition, disposition and real estate consulting in the Memphis metropolitan area.

Jan Mansel currently services as the Senior Vice President of the property management division for Grubb & Ellis Memphis. Jan has spent twenty plus years in the commercial real estate industry with a concentration on office building management.

EXPERIENCE

Before joining Grubb & Ellis Memphis, Jan was Vice-President at Loeb Properties form December 1996 through January 2007. Loeb Properties is a locally owns and management over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Memphis market. At Loeb Properties Jan actively managed and leased approximately 325,000 square feet of office and retail space. During her tenure she supervised and managed construction project up to $500,000 and was responsible for negating lease renewal. Jan’s hands on approach to management are reflected in the high tenant retention rates her properties maintain.

Prior to Loeb Properties, (May 1985 through December 1996) Jan was employed with Cushman & Wakefield of Tennessee. At Cushman & Wakefield she worked directly under the Vice President of Property Management.
