Property Management

Our property management team was trained at such national business as Trammell Crow Company, Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Memphis. This provides deep experience and expertise in property management and financial accounting systems applications. We have a full staff of highly experienced management, leasing, accounting, maintenance and construction management personnel. We focus on office buildings in the East Memphis, Northeast Memphis and I-385 submarkets, industrial buildings in the Southeast and DeSoto County submarkets and retail buildings in East Memphis. We have full management and leasing policies and procedures from which we train our staff in order to provide the finest services available to our tenants.

We have applied to be an AMO (Accredited Management Organization) firm, as recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and we have one CPM (Certified Property Manager) on staff. Our offices are centrally located for easy access to all areas of Memphis that we serve and we are on call 24 hours per day for our client's tenants.
